As an Empath through writing and motivational speaking I openly share ways of dealing with traumas spiritually, and homeopathically. Surviving a brain injury after being hit by a drunk driver, losing both parents traumatically 36 hours apart becooming an instant orpahn, fighting legal issues to help family, teaching Kindergarten students how to read virtually during a worldwide pandemic altering education permanently, and got divorced. I know what it takes to let your soul heal and find your "Good Vibrations" in daily life.

Finding joy in everyday life when traumas occur is a specialty of mine after experiencing multiple traumas in the past 8 years. Matched with my background of teaching children with special needs grades K- 12 for the past 18 years develpoed my understanding of the way people can recover and heal traumas and still lead a happy life with long term effects. I chose a spiritaul path and studied Shamanism and Reiki to heal myself initially and then branched out to help friends and loved ones. My humorous and playful deameanor help demonstrate the healthy and happy state of existence in life. I openly share that sometimes it is indeed work. By sharing my life experiences and triumphs I can be a role model to demonstarte that even with our imperfections we are all beautiful. That is indeed why I joined the 40 over 40 campaign with Eye Spy Photography celebrating women and making them feel appreciated and beautiful.
