Speaking Point: After working for a decade as a counselor/life coach (Soul Blazer)with the rich and famous and being married to an A-List Television producer (Two and a Half Men and The Big Bang Theory) for seven years, I've seen a lot. I've seen stars rise and fall and have minor to gigantic meltdowns. Speaking Point: Causes: 1. Too many yes-men around them 2. They believe their own hype so they fear losing the love and admiration 3. Depression and/or other mental or emotional illnesses that have not been addressed properly Speaking Point: Cures:1. Have at least one person around you that cares about you and will tell you the truth. 2. Get a bi-yearly “Soul Check-up” to stay connected to your truth and not get caught up in the hype 3. Travel and give back. Whenever someone gives it takes the focus off of them and to puts it on another and another bonus is they like themselves better so they treat themselves better.
