Well, the Ontario provincial government declared the parents unfit and the quintuplets were later put on display as a tourist attraction.

Speaking Point: 5) Should California enact a law comparable to the 1939 Coogan Law which requires fifteen (15) percent of a minor’s earnings be placed into a blocked trust account?
