Speaking Point: Many people believe that success is determined by the amount of education and experience one accumulates. But is there more to success than just diplomas and hard work? Multi-billionaire Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple and Pixar Animation, seemed to have done just fine in his career without having graduated from college. What do we make of his incredible success? He was a beautiful example of someone who used both intellect and intuition in his life—both masculine and feminine energies. It’s clear that he drew upon the masculine qualities of intellect and action, but he also tapped into the feminine quality of intuition, and evidently it certainly served him well!

Speaking Point: At a commencement speech given to Stanford students in 2005, Steve Jobs was quoted as saying, “Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice. Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.” The heart and the intuition are synonymous with feminine energy. Clearly Steve was aware of the importance of utilizing both masculine and feminine qualities. Unfortunately, many women today have shut down the more feminine aspects of themselveslike intuition thinking that the masculine qualities of action and intellect alone will lead them to greater success.

Speaking Point: The masculine qualities of action and intellect are important components of manifesting, but the feminine is equally, if not more, important. By learning to integrate both masculine and feminine energies, women can harness their collective creative power, and advance so much farther and faster in their careers and personal lives.

Speaking Point: Women who approach life in an Alpha Bitch way are out of alignment with their true authentic feminine natures, and disconnected from their inner intuitive guidance. If women want to truly excel both personally and professionally, they must reclaim their femininity, and reconnect with their intuition.

Speaking Point: Alpha Bitches have veered away from their authentic, feminine selves and followed in the footsteps of men, hoping to gain the same power and success. And while they have gained some footholds in their careers, it has been somewhat limited and has come at a steep price, personally. Staying true to their femininity and authenticity will take women so much farther in life, with less stress, less struggle and definitely less effort. We see, through someone like Steve Jobs, that the sky’s the limit when we are connected to a greater force through our intuition.

Speaking Point: Releasing the tendencies of the alpha bitch that is being forceful, controlling, competitive, and disruptive and returning to the authenticity of the empowered feminine self restores balance to ones life, and ensures the probability of greater power and success on all levels.
